Five Ways to Put Your Videos To Work March 3, 2017

You made the investment and have some quality video content. Now what? Sure, you put it on your website, but there should be more…there must be more. If you didn’t come up with a video distribution strategy prior to production, it’s not too late. Here are a few ideas:

Debut at an Event – Gather your constituents for a showing. It’s the ideal opportunity to capitalize on the video’s effectiveness. And the feedback you receive is immediate and valuable for planning future video content.

Make it Interactive – Give your viewers a choice like our client Northwest Medical Center did when they designed an interactive graphic that allow viewers to choose which video to watch based on interest.

Get It Into the Right Hands – All industries have influencers with large audiences to leverage many of whom are always on the hunt for content. If your videos are insightful, engaging and speak to industry issues, offer it up for use.

Social Media Channels – If you produced short, sharable content, social media is your friend. But don’t depend solely on your followers, develop targeted ads that put your video in front of your ideal customers.

Email Campaign – ¬†Using video in your email marketing is a great way to increase your open rates as well as the overall engagement rate. Your customers don’t want to read a lengthy email about a new product or service, they want to see it in action.

We’ve got more ideas to share and can tailor recommendations to your industry and audience. Give us a call. We’d love to help.
