Overview

Produced a series of videos designed to simplify and humanize Convey’s technology-enabled administration, consulting, and member support services for health insurance companies, with a focus on Medicare Advantage and Part D plans.

Challenge

Convey’s services are highly complex, operationally driven, and difficult to visualize. Early on the brand lacked a cohesive visual identity, making it challenging to clearly communicate its value proposition in a way that was engaging, memorable, and easily understood by prospective clients and stakeholders. Additionally, as Convey grew so did their products often morphing into new iterations which required multiple video revisions over the years.

Approach

We developed a creative strategy centered on clarity and visual simplification. Through a combination of motion graphics, clear messaging, and human-centered narratives, we translated complex service offerings into compelling, easy-to-understand content.

To establish a stronger visual identity, we created used dynamic animation and iconography to illustrate workflows, member experiences, and technology integrations. This format also made it easier to revise and update content as needed.  The videos balanced sophistication with accessibility—helping insurance executives quickly grasp Convey’s capabilities while reinforcing the company’s role as a trusted partner in improving member outcomes.

Results

 The videos gave Convey a more cohesive and modern brand presence while helping simplify highly technical offerings for target audiences. The long-form videos were converted into social-friendly pieces that provided a steady stream of content for marketing. Overall, the video was disseminated across multiple marketing channels supporting business development and sales conversations.
