When Neste needed to demonstrate the real-world impact of its renewable diesel initiative across American industry, the brief called for authentic voices from the businesses living the transition. RBB Communications turned to Digital Cut Productions to partner on the campaign.
The project spanned two production trips to the West Coast — six companies filmed across the San Francisco Bay Area and a seventh, Titan Freight Systems, Inc., in Portland, Oregon. The subjects represented a cross-section of American enterprise: freight hauling, recycling, public school transportation, materials processing, and Alcatraz City Cruises, the sole concessioner for passenger ferry service between San Francisco and Alcatraz Island.
Every company confirmed that Neste MY Renewable Diesel performed at parity with conventional diesel on cost while delivering meaningful emissions reductions. For Twin Rivers School District, the benefits went further — their bus fleet engines no longer experienced the buildup common with conventional fuel, translating to real maintenance savings on a public fleet budget.
After a year of research and interviews with more than a dozen stakeholders, Titan Freight Systems, Inc. made the switch to Neste MY Renewable Diesel. On camera, Titan’s owner called it one of the best business decisions he’d ever made.
