Non-Profit Video Production in Fort Lauderdale

Digital Cut Productions has spent over 20 years helping nonprofit organizations tell the stories that move people to act. Based in Fort Lauderdale, we produce fundraising campaigns, awareness videos, mission profiles, event recaps, and donor communications for nonprofits across South Florida and nationally — content built to inspire giving, build trust, and advance the mission.

Our nonprofit clients include the Archdiocese of Miami, Bob Woodruff Foundation, United Way of Miami-Dade, Miami Jewish Health, and Jack and Jill Children’s Center. Our fundraising video work has helped clients raise millions for their causes — including campaigns that helped the Archdiocese of Miami raise over $12.5 million in 2025. We have also produced videos that helped clients secure congressional-level funding for their programs.

Nonprofit storytelling requires a different kind of sensitivity — the ability to capture authentic human moments without losing the strategic thread of the campaign. From concept development and scripting through production and post-production, we manage every phase in-house and bring the same cinema-grade workflow to nonprofit work that we bring to every project.

If your organization needs video that connects with donors, engages your community, or supports a fundraising campaign, we know how to deliver it.

Archdiocese of Miami: 2026 ABCD Campaign

Annual Fundraising Video Series — “Together, Do Good, Seek Peace”

The Archbishop’s Charities and Development Drive (ABCD) is the Archdiocese of Miami’s annual fundraising campaign, supporting parishes, schools, ministries, priests, and social services across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties. Digital Cut Productions has served as the video production partner for the ABCD campaign since 2013, producing the annual campaign appeal video in four languages — English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese — for distribution across all parishes of the Archdiocese of Miami.

The 2026 campaign, themed “Together, Do Good, Seek Peace” and inspired by Psalm 34:15, was filmed on August 29, 2025 in a historic rented space in Coconut Grove. The production team brought in a church pew as the central set piece — a deliberate creative choice representing the idea that the Church is present everywhere, not only within its walls. Four parishioners — Carmela Beltran Brito, James Duque, Erika Duge, and Jorge Santibañez — were brought in one by one to sit in the pew and share personal stories of how the Church supported them through life’s most difficult moments.

To visualize each donor’s memories on screen, the production used tracking markers on the floor to precisely composite large display screens into the scene in post-production — making the memories appear to materialize in the room around each subject. The main interviews were shot on RED Cinema cameras with Sony FX Series used for B-roll, capturing each donor in their everyday life. Archbishop Thomas Wenski delivered the closing call to action. The production was directed by Lauri Oliva, with John Oliva serving as Director of Photography and editor, Ethan Elalouf on camera, Kelsey Gibson as scriptwriter, Dave Gau handling motion graphics, and Gustavo Moeller managing audio.

In 2025, the ABCD campaign raised $12.5 million — confirmed by the Archdiocese of Miami — funding the life of the Church across South Florida and supporting more than one million Catholics across 109 parishes and missions. The 2026 campaign carries the same $12.5 million goal. Digital Cut Productions’ 12-year partnership with the Archdiocese of Miami reflects a shared commitment to storytelling that moves the faithful to give — year after year.
