Voice-Over Talent

The voice sets the entire mood of the piece. Whether you’re aiming for warm and friendly, bold and authoritative, or quirky and fun, the right voice brings that tone to life instantly. A good voice actor understands storytelling and emotion. They know when to pause, when to punch a line, and how to deliver subtle nuance that adds depth and realism to the narrative. A confident, natural-sounding voiceover helps audiences connect with and believe in the message. It’s not just about reading — it’s about guiding the listener through the message with intention.

Voice-Over Talent

Different voices resonate with different audiences. A youthful, energetic voice might suit a product aimed at a younger demographic, while a calm, reassuring tone connects better in healthcare or financial services.

Voiceover talent becomes part of your brand’s character. Just like a logo or color scheme, a signature voice helps create a consistent, memorable identity across videos and campaigns.

How We Work

DCP sources voiceover talent based on what the project needs. For some productions that means casting through platforms like Voice123, Voices.com, or VoiceBunny, where we can audition professional voice actors and select the right fit for tone, age, and delivery style. For others it means working with local South Florida talent we know and have recorded before.

Regardless of how talent is sourced, we direct every session. When recording remotely through an online platform, we are in the session, giving direction, requesting alternate reads, and shaping the performance the same way we would in the room. The difference between a usable clip and a great one usually comes down to that direction. We don’t send a script and wait for a file.

Recording also happens on location and at our Fort Lauderdale studio for projects where controlled sessions and multiple takes are the priority.

Multilingual Voiceover

For clients who need to reach audiences across language barriers, we handle multilingual casting and recording as part of the production. For the Archdiocese of Miami’s ABCD fundraising campaign, a 12-year partnership, we recorded voiceover in four languages including field sessions to serve the diverse communities the organization works with across South Florida. That campaign has raised over $12.5 million.

Multilingual voiceover requires more than translation. Tone, pacing, and cultural nuance all shift between languages, and casting the right voice for each version is as important as getting the script right.
